**The Role**:

- _Assist in completing and filing property inspection check lists _
- _Maintain positive relationships with internal and external customers _
- _Prepare information for newsletters _
- _Co-ordinate the process for new customers moving into / out of properties. _
- _Answer telephones and deal with matters in Management’s absence if applicable, or pass on to the appropriate team member if urgent _
- _Support and highlight deadlines for Workplace Managers using relevant systems _
- _Raising jobs through the customer support centre and providing feedback on progress and completion. _
- _Ensure accuracy of all property records and produce reports as required _
- _Ensure accuracy of all portfolio information on all company portals and workplaces _
- _Explore and support creating new spaces and events in our Workplaces _
- Salary: Starting from £30,000 per annum_

- Reporting to the Workplace Manager, you are required to have excellent communication skills to work as part of the wider team operating across a portfolio covering Victoria and Southwark._

**What you will be responsible for**:

- **Property Records **_
- _Ensure accuracy of all property records and produce reports as required _
- _Ensure accuracy of all portfolio information on all company portals and workspaces _
- **Correspondence / Documentation Production**_
- _Assist in the production of agendas, reports and presentations _
- _Take minutes of relevant meetings and circulate within five working days _
- _Draft standard responses to letters as required _
- _Print, bind and distribute schedules/reports/accounts as requested _
- _Production of service charge booklets _
- **Customer Surveys**_
- _Action half yearly Pulse surveys _
- _Chase for customer responses _
- _Create and manage action plan _
- **Permits**_
- _Arrange guide for online permits _
- _Raise & close permits _
- _Review RAMS _
- _Input information onto e-permit system _
- _Chase contractor for additional information as advised by Workplace Engineering Manager _
- **Environmental & Other**_
- _Scenario test _
- _Update Waste matrix _
- _Waste transfer notes _
- _Cycle surgery _
- _Procurement _

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: Up to £35,700.00 per day
