Workplace Experience Support

Support the Facilities Manager and Workplace Experience Lead with the day-to-day operation of Facilities, Compliance/ H&S related issues and enhancing site standards, delivering a 5 star experience with energy, passion and presence to all staff and guests on site.

Provide an exceptional guest experience to all colleagues and guests. A purposeful personalisation when serving guests and customers is where the magic happens

**Workplace Experience**
- Completing regular site walkarounds to ensure an enhanced customer experience at all times and ensure that cleaning standards are maintained.
- Facilitate stock takes of refreshments, ensuring coffee, tea, soft drinks, milk, biscuits, and stationery are always fully stocked - Ensure a system is in place to ensure optimum levels and report low stock and order requests accordingly
- Ensure all spaces including meeting rooms, events, collaboration and workspaces give the best first impression and workplace experience throughout.
- Offer meeting room AV assistance for staff and guests upon request, escalating to IT when required
- Ensure that Executive meeting arrangements, board days and staff training sessions are supported with room requirements, hospitality and room set up
- Supporting with on site events, including hospitality and set up
- Support PA’s with any overflow tasks such as printing and binding requests
- Support Workplace Experience Lead with management of the on site gym experience ensuring standards are maintained
- Ensure that all kitchens have been restocked by Barista and Cleaners as required throughout the day
- Provide desk cover for Reception as required, including absence and lunches
- Supporting Reception with post, including opening, distribution and franking if required
- Provide cover for Workplace Experience Lead as required, including absence and lunches
- Provide remote cover for the Facilities Leads across the estate as required, including absence

**Health, Safety & Compliance**
- Support the Workplace Experience Lead with any Facility or Health & Safety related issues and emergency incidents
- Support Workplace Experience Lead with Statutory and H&S requirements, including keeping documentation up to date and actioning any remedial works
- Support Workplace Experience Lead with completion of planned maintenance and reactive activities in accordance with the Planned Maintenance Planner / Compliance Register / Site To Do list
- Complete regular site walkarounds to address any safety concerns of facility issues
- Support Workplace Experience Lead with management of subcontractors including monitoring of works being completed on site
- Manage allocation of First Aid and Fire Warden requirements
- Contributing to the business Energy & Sustainability plans by sharing ideas and implementing improvements
- Respond to any reasonable management request

**EXPERIENCE REQUIRED**

**Communication Skills** - Ability to comprehend and interpret instructions, short correspondence, and memos and ask clarifying questions to ensure understanding. Ability to write routine reports and correspondence. Ability to respond to common enquiries or complaints from clients, co-workers, and/or supervisor. Ability to effectively present information to an internal department and/or large groups of employees.

**Strategic and Interpersonal Skills** - Ability to solve problems and deal with a variety of options in complex situations.

**Results oriented** - ability to achieve business goals, with a concern for working well, surpassing standards of excellence and passion for challenges.

**Customer focussed** - develop strong customer relationships by listening to and satisfying customer needs.

Pay: From £25,000.00 per year
