**Job description**

Internal Account Executive
Are you an experienced Customer Service Advisor looking to take the next step?
Our client a leading service solutions company are currently seeking a CSA join their internal team.
You will be responsible for all inbound customer contact and will increase revenue by
identifying new business development opportunities with well-established customers.
This is a perfect opportunity if you are looking to join a business that can add to your
existing skill set and move your career forward.
Your role will include:

- Manage existing client relationships, up-selling services
- Maximise growth potential and reduce revenue losses with customer base
- Works closely with internal departments to improve on service
- Able to show empathy to customers
- Report on activity and track all sales activity
- Attend internal meetings with colleagues to review customer accounts
- Investigate, analyse and resolve customer satisfaction complaints
Experience required:

- Experience working within customer services or sales environments
- Previously cross and up sold services or products
- Skilled in building and leveraging relationships over the phone
