**Role purpose**:
Cadro is hiring a Personal Assistant to work with our Co-founders Nataša Williams and Jordan Buck, as well as the wider team. They will engage with Co-founders on a constant basis, helping with whatever is needed to support the growth of the business.

The ideal assistant could eventually take on a different role, with the ability to progress into other parts of the business depending on their ambitions.

**What will you be doing?**:
We are looking for a full-time employee to perform the following responsibilities:

- Co-founders’ diary and inbox management
- Filtering requests and being a gatekeeper
- Highlighting deadlines and raising priorities
- Adding and maintaining CRM data
- International travel bookings
- Greeting and liaising with guests
- Administration
- Corresponding with colleagues, clients, suppliers and partners
- Preparing briefings, presentations and other documents
- Office management
- Expenses and bookings
- Organising events
- Client, Investor and Partner events
- Team offsites and socials
- Planning, organising and being present
- Sourcing providers and suppliers, and negotiating terms
- Staff onboarding
- Manage special projects, as required

**Requirements**:
**What we are looking for**:

- University degree preferred (or equivalent evidence of recognition)
- 4yrs+ of previous assistance experience with leaders preferred
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills to represent Co-founders internally and externally
- Excellent time management skills, able to work autonomously and hit deadlines with mínimal supervision
- Able to juggle multiple requests, taking ownership and seeing everything through to completion
- Able to thrive in a start-up culture, being flexible with the role and happy to do whatever is needed
- An interest in the fintech industry
- Diplomatic, with the discretion to handle sensitive information
- Confidence to run projects
- A good understanding of IT
- Makes life easier - uses initiative and takes on tasks without being directed
- Sense of urgency when required
- Sees the bigger picture about company goals and priorities
- Super organised, excellent juggler of tasks and won’t drop the ball
- Collaborative and good at building relationships
- Meticulous, persistent and good attention to detail

**Where will you be working?**:
Our offices are based in Berkeley Square House, London. This is an onsite role, expected to be office based at least four days per week.
