**Job description**

This is a temporary contract for a period of 5 months or longer. Working for a company who distribute plant and construction equipment in Chester le Street.

The hours of work are 9am till 5pm with a 1 hour lunch.

They are looking for someone who is a strong administrator, with good attention to detail. Training will be provided on the company's IT systems and procedures.

General Duties
- To assist and Support the Service Supervisor and carry out any General administrative duties as required.
- Inputting time sheets into an in-house system.
- Collection of machine usage hours in support of the various maintenance contracts.
- Preparing and issuing invoices in support of the various maintenance contracts.
- Preparing 12 month Inspection certificates.
- Ordering & distribution of Service/Delivery Reports

Personal Attributes
- Self-motivated and able to operate within deadlines.
- Sound administrative background; strong on following procedures and established methods of working
- Team working, communication and interpersonal skills need to be strong.
- Someone who has worked within any type of mechanically orientated service operation would be advantageous.

Contract length: 6 months

**Salary**: £10.05-£11.05 per hour

Schedule:

- Day shift
- Monday to Friday
- No weekends
