**HR & Payroll Officer - Prominent Public Sector Organisation**

**Salary - £27,500 to £30,700**

Joining their bustling HR team as one of the 5 members of staff means becoming an integral part of the organisation.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Provide expert HR support and streamline payroll processes in accordance with public sector guidelines.
- Assist in recruitment drives, manage contracts, and ensure compliance with regulations and policies.
- Support Payroll Officer with year end payroll compliance, Inland Revenue and pensions payments,
- Safeguard employee records securely and administer various benefits and pension schemes in line with public sector protocols.
- Collaborate on strategies to enhance employee wellbeing and satisfaction within our organisation.
- Identify opportunities for process enhancement to optimise HR and payroll services for our valued employees.
