Office Administrator

A new, exciting opportunity to join a growing company in a village on the outskirts of Didcot. We are seeking an experienced Office Administrator to join the team to support with logistics, finance and general administration on a full time, permanent basis.A car driver is needed due to location
- Location: Didcot - office based
- Job Type: Permanent role
- Salary: £25,000 - £28,000 (depending on experience)
- Working Hours: Monday - Friday, 9AM - 5.30PM (with flexibility)

As the Office Administrator, you will be responsible for:

- Assisting sales/estimating team with up-to-date price lists
- Raising sales invoices and processing through the factoring invoicing system
- Statement runs
- Updating/managing Excel AP and AR invoices register
- Liaising with suppliers, customers regarding orders, disputes etc.
- Scheduling customer deliveries to UK sites
- Dealing with UK supplier's - organising deliveries / schedules
- Assisting with various ad hoc duties as required
- Previous experience of working in a busy admin based role is essential
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment under the pressure of deadlines
- Excellent attention to detail and accuracy
- Ability to multi-task while maintaining good quality
- Competent, self-motivated, pro-active self-starter
- Ability to use own initiative
- Educated to minimum GCSE Level grade C
- Intermediate computer skills including Microsoft Office package
- Experience of working on Sage or Xero would be advantageous but not essential
