Adecco Recruitment is delighted to be Recruiting an **Office Administrator,** paying a salary of £23-£25K plus impressive benefit including, Pension, Life insurance, 25 days holiday, and a yearly bonus.
You will be expected to work 9-5 pm Monday to Friday. The business is based in Newbury with free parking.
**Main Duties**
Providing general admin support for the company
Supporting management with general business needs
Administration for company vehicles
Maintaining health & safety records and compliance
HR administration - attendance records, recruitment, new starter inductions
Managing any site maintenance requirements
Keeping an inventory of existing IT equipment and ordering new where required
Ordering staff clothing, PPE and equipment
Office supplies and equipment ordering
Helping with company social media activity
Organising company events and meetings
Dealing with company mail
**Supporting the Finance Team **(Training will be provided)
Supplier invoice processing
Customer invoicing and statement processing
Expense processing
Bank reconciliation
Supplier statement reconciliation
Invoice & payment queries
**About you**
IT skills, competency in using Microsoft Office
Experience within an administration role required
Self-motivated and positive attitude
