**Office Administrator**

**Admin tasks will include but not limited to**:
Purchase Ledger - checking & inputting invoices into the system. Checking supplier statements

Petty Cash

Taking card payments

Sorting post

Purchasing materials and stationary

Posting orders via the Post Office and courier

Filing

Looking after annual policies

Liaise with production department

Attend weekly production meeting
----------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------

Overall we are looking for a motivated individual who has a good telephone manner, able to manage their own workload and is a team player with a friendly and professional attitude.

**Job Type**: Part-time
Part-time hours: 27.50 per week

**Salary**: £12.00 per hour
