The merchant acquisition and incubation team in TikTok Shop's primary objective is to mass attract and onboard sellers and incubate them to certain levels through scaling means. We are looking for a strategy analyst supporting multiple business areas including lead mining&management, channel analysis, performance and ROI analysis. This role is suited for an experienced analyst with consulting or tech experience with strong data skills and business insights.

**Responsibilities**:

- Develop and execute seller re-engagement and recall projects to improve seller onboard and growth funnel.
- Analyze data and metrics to identify opportunities for improvement and measure the impact of projects.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive projects forward and ensure alignment with business goals.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices to continuously improve strategies and results.

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor degree or above, proven significant experience in seller growth strategy or related field.
- Knowledge of relevant laws and regulations regarding opt-in rates and data privacy.
- Strong project management skills with a track record of delivering high ROI projects.
- Excellent analytical and data-driven decision-making abilities.
- Exceptional communication and collaboration skills to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
