Team Intro
The commerce industry has seen tremendous growth in recent years and has become a hotly contested space amongst leading Internet companies, and its future growth cannot be underestimated.

We are looking for passionate and talented people to join our operations team, together we can build an commerce ecosystem that is innovative, secure and intuitive for our users.

**Responsibilities**:

- Understand and develop campaign strategies that serve as core lever towards the growth of the FR and IT Team, be the key stakeholder to drive solid outcomes of campaign projects, from strategy through to execution, optimize the efficiency and drive the execution
- Organize and coordinate cross-departmental resources to define and support business growth campaign activities
- Support strategic projects to drive platform growth, including GMV, partner program adoption rate and other key metrics with cross-functional partners such as marketing, partner management, and operations
- Collaborate and coordinate across stakeholders, including working with internal AMs, user research, creator manager, and other cross functional teams (e.g. Marketing team, PR, graphic designers, product team, R&D team etc etc) for campaign creation and optimization
- Keep abreast of trends on social media, Commerce, digital marketing and industry developments, and leverage trends and developments to optimize campaigns

**Qualifications**:

- Relevant experience in large commerce platforms, leading consulting or Internet companies
- Deep understanding of the French or Italian commerce industry & its business structure, consumer needs and demand, influencers, social media, commerce, livestreaming, and digital trends landscape
- Excellent project management skill and ownership, fast learner with a strong can-do attitude.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, strong logical thinking, and analytical skills
- Attention to details, being patience and humble, with good sense of budget management and practical mathematical knowledge.
- Ability to thrive in ambiguity and adjust quickly to change.
- Adapt to the change, and able to work under the fast-pace and ever-changing working environment, experience from working across different cultures preferred.
- Fast learner with a strong can-do attitude.
- Proficiency in French or Italian language is required
