Proudly, we offer an unrivalled product range, and are known for our knowledge and exceptional customer service. Throughout the UK we employ over 300 people including pharmacists, skilled technicians, HR, IT, procurement, warehouse, logistics, commercial and customer services staff.

We have an exciting opportunity for a Customer Service Advisor to join our Specials team in East Kilbride.

**The Role**

**Key Responsibilities**
- Representing Target Healthcare to sell medicinal products to approved customers in the UK & Ireland
- Creating sales orders and order confirmations on the ERP system.
- Processing customer orders on the electronic manufacturing system for the Luton site.

**Skills and Attributes Required**
- Excellent customer service/ interpersonal skills.
- Excellent organisational skills.
- IT Literate.
- The ability to work methodically and accurately process information.
- The ability to work as part of a team but also on your own initiative.
- Ability to work effectively under pressure.
- Secondary school education in Maths and English (desirable).
- Experience with stock management software (desirable).
- Experience working in a regulated environment (desirable).
