**About the Business Administration Apprenticeship role**:
As our Business Administration Apprenticeship, provide a range of administrative services and support on projects across the Asset Management team, which comprises our Planned works, Asset Systems & Estates teams.
**About the Department**
We're responsible for the development of Asset Management & Affordable Warmth strategies, ensuring our housing stock is well maintained and free from disrepair as well as the delivery of the major works investment programme. In this role you will be responsible for, ensuring up-to-date and accurate information is kept on all our housing and commercial assets.
The team also manage a range of contracts such as green space, communal block cleaning, communal laundry and the aids and adaptations service alongside external partners as well supporting our Development Team in property inspections and handovers.

**What do we offer?**
As part of your apprenticeship, we will support you to become qualified through achieving a Level 3 Business Administration qualification.
**To encourage you through your apprenticeship you will have an abundance of support, including**:
- A nominated mentor to guide you through the day-to-day requirements of a member of our asset team in social housing- Regular meetings with your line manager & our Internal talent team to ensure that you are learning at the right pace, and you have all of the support you need- Quarterly celebrations of milestones reached with other colleagues in the LHP Trainee programme
**As well as your starting salary of £18,278 you will be eligible for a wide variety of benefits including**:

**What you’ll need**:
- GCSE Level 9 - 4 (formerly A* to C) Maths and English or the commitment to attain- Great enthusiasm and a real passion for understanding how an organisation works and gets things done through its people- Excellent interpersonal skills - Communicates effectively and confidently- Good basic level of IT and keyboard skills with a confident attitude to learn new systems- Good word processing skills, being able to create letters and reports and have a good understanding of administrative procedure
