You will be providing the highest quality assistance and support for very sensitive calls with customers experiencing financial difficulties.

You will require skills to be able to support the customer during this sensitive time, creating a balance of empathy whilst considering the business needs.

The Role:

- Resolving customer issues within agreed time scales
- Meeting service levels and quality targets
- Working in accordance with Financial Conduct Authority guidelines at all times
- Negotiating with 3rd part debt management and recoveries companies
- Experience within a similar role
- Complex customer service skills
- Experience of working to service levels and quality targets
- Experience of using MS Office, CRM system and telephony systems
- A genuine desire to help and support
