**Position**:Customer Service Advisor / Driver

**Location**:FMG Repair Services, Clarke Road, Mount Farm Industrial Estate, Milton Keynes, MK1 1LG

**Salary**:£25k - £26k per year, with company benefits and bonus

**Hours**: 45 hours per week

As a Customer Service Advisor you will be the face of our Bodyshop, working on reception. You are responsible for booking customer cars in for repair/attention, prepare job cards and files as necessary, maintain an efficient and effective filing system for associated paperwork, you will also need to be able to provide vehicle progress reports when requested by the customer, arrange and allocate courtesy cars for customers, collect payment from the customer, pay particular attention to banking and security arrangements.

This will also be a dual role as a Collection and Delivery Driver when required, no two days are the same, one day you will be tasked with collecting customers vehicles and deliver them to the Bodyshop for repair. The next you will be taking to customer both face to face & over the phone to ensure that they are receiving the service they expect from us. Customers trust us, so you will always be professional, providing a first-class service every time. It is also important that you drive vehicles in a safe and lawful manner, considering weather and traffic conditions. Not only do you need to collect, valet and deliver vehicles, but you also need to ensure all necessary paperwork is completed, collect payments and provide receipts, report accidents/incidents and comply fully with health and safety legislation.

You will report into the General Manager who has been with the business for a number of years. They are as passionate about Customers as they are about their Team and is absolutely determined to make their Bodyshop the best in group. It’s an amazing team

**About You**

As a Customer Service Advisor / Collection and Delivery Driver we would like you to have an interest and passion in what we do. With a professional appearance we would also appreciate it if you had previous experience in a customer facing role and experience in a driving role. You must have excellent knowledge of the roads in your area and be highly motivated. Naturally, due to the nature of the job you will need to have a full UK/EU Driving Licence. We will help and support you with the rest
