**Location**: Crownhill / Hybrid Working
**Working Hours**: Monday to Friday 8:30am to 5:30 pm. Saturday work is required every 4 weeks between the hours of 09:00am - 13:00pm.

Due to the continued success and growth of Snap Finance, we now need additional support in the **Collections Team** and are on the hunt for a great Collections Agent to join our team.
**The role and responsibilities include**:
- Make outbound calls to customers manually and via the dialer (internal system) and answering inbound calls to collect amount past due and set affordable repayments.
- Working with customers who may be facing financial difficulties and working with them to come up with a solution.
- Making informed decisions based on the unique circumstances and information given.
- To provide the best advice and guidance ensuring it’s aligned within regulatory requirements.
**To be successful in the role as a Collections Advisor we require the following skills and experience**:
- Previous Collections telephone experience.
- Familiar with regulatory requirements.
- Exceptional communication skills (both verbally and written).
- Successful track record of building strong relationships with customers and colleagues.
- Strong attention to detail.
- IT Literate.
- Pro-active; help find one-stop resolutions.
- FCA knowledge.

**Salary**: £23,000.00-£28,000.00 per year
