Labour 24/7 are an employment business acting on behalf of our Preston based client who due to increased sales growth are recruiting for an experienced Sales Administrator.

Our client is a leading distributor of truck spares.

The day-to-day responsibilities of a Sales Administrator will be:

- Carry out administrative procedures effectively and efficiently and identify opportunities for continuous improvements in the administrative functions.
- Dealing with enquiries, complaints, and all correspondence.
- Sales point of contact for customers
- Taking orders, processing order, communicating lead times etc with the company systems using Excel and Sage Line 200.
- Acknowledging orders within a specified period
- Liaison between different departments to ensure customer orders are fulfilled promptly

What experience do you need?
- Confident IT skills
- Experience within office-based customer service and administration
- Previous experience working with Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook.) is essential.
- Any order processing experience would be hugely advantageous
- A professional phone manner
- Organisational skills and diligence.
- Personable, outgoing, and confident
- Previous experience working with Sage Line 200 desired but not required.

Hours of work are Monday - Friday 8am - 4.30pm

This position will lead to permanent when you have completed satisfactory probationary period.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Temp to perm

**Salary**: £23,000.00 per year
