We are looking for a _**Client Scheduling Assistant **_to join our existing Planning team based in Milton Keynes on a full-time and permanent basis.

In your role as a _**Scheduling Assistant, **_you will be responsible for:

- Scheduling client appointments utilising all available planning tools
- Providing short
- and long-term planning solutions to ensure monthly delivery and relevant KPI targets are met
- Ensuring all administrative tasks associated bookings are processed in a timely and accurate manner
- Negotiating with customers in relation to diary moves to minimise the number of changes necessary
- Resolving customer dissatisfaction through feedback received via the customer survey process
- Identify opportunities to grow the business through communicating relevant products and services to existing customers
- Handling inbound and outbound calls in an effective and efficient manner

**To be successful in the role, you should possess the following**:

- The ability to interpret geographical knowledge to support cost effective booking of client visits
- Excellent telephony manner with ability to effectively communicate at all levels
- Ability to manage and negotiate conflicting situations on the telephone
- High level of accuracy and attention to detail
- Target focused and driven to achieve team results
