About the Role

We are an international company developing, manufacturing, and distributing flavor and extracts systems that are found in thousands of consumer products worldwide. As a Production Scheduling Coordinator, you will play a critical role in ensuring the smooth operation of our production processes.

Main Responsibilities:

  • To provide accurate and timely production schedules that meet sales demands and optimize efficiencies.
  • To deliver complete and accurate planning scheduling records and reports.
  • To forecast production requirements to ensure adequate inventory levels and prevent shortages.
  • To work closely with the customer service department to ensure shipment dates are achieved.
  • To collaborate with internal departments to ensure raw material availability.
About You

We are looking for someone who is highly organized, IT savvy, and able to manage complex data. You should have excellent communication skills and be able to work well in a team.

Requirements:

What We Offer

In return for your hard work and dedication, we offer a competitive salary of $60,000 - $80,000 per annum, depending on experience. You will also receive a range of benefits, including access to training and development opportunities.
