**About the Role**

You will be a team leader overseeing the daily running of an area within our Sales & Admissions operation which spans over Resort turnstiles, all guest carparks, cashiering, and the Resort Box Office function. You’ll motivate and lead a team of Sales & Admissions Hosts, ensuring our guests receive an outstanding first and last impression by having a smooth and efficient entry/exit to the Alton Towers Resort, ensuring KPI targets are met at all times. You will anticipate and respond to operational problems, deal with customer queries and complaints, and do all you can to maintain and recover the guest experience when necessary before escalating to senior management. You will have a passion for sales and motivate team members to drive revenue through second gate products.
You will assist in recruitment and training of Sales & Admissions Hosts ensuring maximum staff retention and engagement levels. You will proactively develop team members by way of coaching and development by conducting regular job chats and reviewing personal development plans. You will ensure that the company profit protection procedures are adhered to across the department and maintained at all times. You will be responsible for ensuring health and safety critical procedures are followed, checks and audits are made and any incidents are dealt with in the correct way.
