**We are looking for a male** **support worker to work in our Greenwich community services based in New Eltham. You’ll be working with an autistic adult and their family in a range of environments that support the service users' needs.

**Your role includes**:

- Helping individual achieve independence and personal goals
- Supporting and transporting individuals' to integrate into the community
- Develop individuals’ life skills, vocational, educational and creative skills
- Help provide exercise, leisure and recreational opportunities
- Transforming lives and achieving results for Autistic Adults

**A full UK driving licence and ability to drive a manual car is essential. Familiarity to New Eltham and surrounding area is also essential in order to help individual's access the community. Sleep - ins are paid at an additional premium of £50 per night and will be required as a part of this role. **These will be shared amongst the team at the service.

Ideally, you will have a background in supporting autistic people if not, we have a fantastic training programme that will get you on your way to achieving a fulfilling job that will beat most out there.

**The service offers a varied working pattern **over a seven-day rota which includes weekends, nights and bank holidays to suit your work/life balance.
