**Executive Assistant to Director**

Job type: Full time Office based in Liverpool City Centre

**Salary**: Starting at £25,000 depending on experience

Work schedule: Monday-Friday 9.30am -5.00pm

We are seeking a committed, attentive and hard-working person to join our Marketing Agency and other projects company with an international presence, principally working with our Director.

A perfect role for someone with great attention to detail, yet equally happy to turn their hand to the latest challenge that falls on their desk.

You will be responsible for providing comprehensive support in managing the Directors personal and professional tasks. You will assist in maintaining their daily schedule, managing multiple projects, and ensuring that all administrative tasks are completed efficiently and effectively.

You will be responsible for a wide range of tasks but you will be mainly supporting the Director in the Business Development of our Company. You will also be managing and working closely with the Directors PA - overseeing their tasks, making sure all needs are met.

**Your key responsibilities**:

- You must uphold confidentiality across all businesses
- Follow the businesses standardised procedures
- You must be willing and able to take on last minute ad-hoc tasks
- Scheduling and arranging business meetings
- Attending business meetings to take minutes with the Director and ensure all actions are met
- Taking meetings on the Director’s behalf and reporting back thoroughly with any tasks, action and deadlines
- Building out research documents, presentations, and pitch decks at speed
- Maintaining business relationships with any partners, investors and staff
- Ensuring deadlines and tasks are met across all departments and staff
- Working closely with the Director’s personal assistant - overseeing their tasks, making sure all needs are met
- Independent and trusted role, looking after the Director's interests
