**About the role**:
We are looking for an Executive Assistant (Personal Assistant) to join the team to work with your Executive Directors, providing effective administrative support, working in a fast paced and demanding environment. This role will require a high level of organisational and communication skills, coupled with a high degree of confidentially.

As an Executive Assistant, you will be required to:

- Provide professional and effective administrative support, whilst maintaining a strong relationship with your Executive Directors.
- Work in a fast paced and demanding environment, working proactively and helping to organise the Executive Directors organising meetings, including facilitation of timely circulation and collation of agenda and papers, room bookings and catering arrangements.
- Liaising with Executive Directors and report authors to assist in preparing supporting papers for forthcoming meetings and ensuring they are distributed to relevant parties.
- Take full ownership for a proactive approach to excellent end to end diary management for your directors, ensuring that all diary clashes are avoided and where they occur are dealt with accordingly (i.e. ensuring service levels to all attendees are accounted for).
- Arrange and co-ordinate all travel, accommodation and expenses on behalf of Executive Directors
- Manage general administrative requirements as delegated by Lead EA/Executive Directors.
- Welcome and look after visitors to the Support Hub site.
- Manage the Purchase Order function using Oracle and Expenses processing using Concur software.
- Work as part of the wider Executive Team, being a brand ambassador at all times.

**About You**:

- Advanced IT skills including MS Teams, PowerPoint, Excel, Word and Oracle Financials
- Experience of working under pressure and to tight deadlines
- Experience of liaising with third parties
- Experience of dealing with confidential matters
- Ability to effectively communicate at all levels
- High degree of attention to detail
