The role of the Executive Assistant is required for someone who is looking to work from August for a 6-month period. You will work closely with the Directors of the business to plan and prioritise their heavy workload to ensure objectives are met within deadlines.

**What you'll be doing**:
As the Executive Assistant as directed, you will use your own initiative to perform complex and specialist PA and administrative tasks specific to the functional area to support the Directors as required. You will have excellent communication skills and be extremely personable. In addition to these duties, you will be responsible for the following:

- Maintaining a very busy and ever-changing diary.
- Prepare letters, collate reports, and create organisational charts.
- Raise and approve purchase orders and manage the process of invoices through to payment.
- Process/approve Director's expenses.
- Manage holiday and sickness records.
- Book meeting rooms for teams and general Yodel staff as requested.
- Assist with the coordination of Executive lunches, offsite meetings, and conferences.
- Arrange travel and accommodation requirements, UK and overseas for Directors.
- Gatekeeper to all Directors.
- Provide high level support to the Directors and direct reports as and when necessary.
- Working with and liaising with other PA's, Directors, and Shareholders within the business.
- Put together complex induction programs for new Directors.
- To maintain outlook distribution lists.
- To send the weekly SLT call agenda.
- To monitor Yammer once a day and direct any questions/comments to the relevant business owner.
- To assist with the administration of business events e.g., leadership conferences and employee forums.

**What you need to show us**:
You will be passionate driven and motivated to succeed, working with urgency, have an excellent work ethic and thrive in a fast-paced environment. You will also be able to demonstrate the following:

- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, written and oral.
- Proficient in PowerPoint, Word, and Visio.
- Excellent organisational skills.
- Previous experience as a Personal Assistant Supporting at Executive level.
- Good attention to detail and the ability to organize multiple priorities and deadlines.
