Portfolio Support Officer

Chiswick - London (Hybrid working: 2-3 days in the office per week)

**Responsibilities**:

- Run regular reviews with the PPM users to ensure that the project and programme sites and reporting decks are fit for purpose.
- Provide ad-hoc administrative support to the EPMO.
- Raise PO’s.
- Set up programme and project meetings.
- Monitor and control costs and resource utilization.
- Assist with QA health check reports for programmes/projects.
- Provide and maintain a capacity planning and resource tracking service across projects (including end-to-end resource on-boarding, planning and allocation)

To be successful in the role, you will have:

- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- High level of attention to detail and organization.
- Experience reporting and analyzing reports.
- Great ability to drive project reporting standards across programmes.
- A good understanding of business drivers for change and the impacts resulting from change.
