**Role Purpose**:
Our Executive Support team are highly talented experts with a trustworthy track record in project management and handling day-to-day administrative tasks.

Working closely with our other Executive Assistant, keeping 2 steps ahead of the Executive Leadership Team (ELT) is the key to excellence. Anticipating what they need before they do is a skill you must excel in. Providing dedicated support to ensure effective time and schedule management, meeting attendance and management, presentation, and correspondence organisation and so much more.

**Main Responsibilities**:

- Managing diaries, organising meetings, appointments and on/off site visits
- Booking and coordinating travel, transport and accommodation
- Organising events and conferences
- Attending meetings, recording minutes and tracking actions for the ELT
- Understand key business priorities and proactively ensure that calendar schedules are reviewed daily and that conflicts are resolved in a professional and timely manner
- Organising and carrying out administrative tasks for the Executive Leadership Team, ensuring that all systems are up to date and organised
- Maintaining all administrative procedures and implementing new ways of working where appropriate
- Creating presentation decks & organising information
- Liaising with internal/external stakeholders in order to build positive relationships to help support the daily office needs
- Collating and filing expenses on behalf of the Executive Leadership Team
- Miscellaneous tasks to support the Executive Leadership Team, which can be varied in order to suit business need

**Essential requirements**:

- A-Level standard qualifications
- 2 years’ experience as a Personal or Executive Assistant.
- Strong Outlook, Excel, Word and PowerPoint skills.
- Professional, Approachable, Organised, Excellent Communicator - both Verbal & Written, Flexible.

**Desired requirements**:

- Qualification in administration.

- You are an excellent communicator, reliable and trustworthy
- Able to handle constructive criticism & welcome it because you value personal growth;

- Work well with computers, software tools, and for you, it's literally 'no-sweat' in learning new ones
- Expert at Microsoft Outlook, Excel, Word, Powerpoint, Teams

**Additional Information**

**Working Hours**:
Flexible to meet needs of business but core hours of 37.5 hours per week with ½ hour lunch each day.

**Annual Leave**:
25 days holiday (plus 8 bank holidays) per annum with various service related increments.

**Package**:
Attractive salary dependent upon skills, qualifications and experience; Performance Bonus, contributory pension and access to numerous voluntary employee benefits.
