**The post holder will**:
Proactively monitor and track 18 week pathways in order to ensure that patient journeys are processed in a timely and efficient manner in line with nationally and locally defined targets.

Will ensure that data is validated throughout the patient journey and inputted correctly into local systems.

Will monitor report and track patient’s pathways, identifying and addressing potential breaches, data errors or pathway errors and escalating through the correct channels for remedial action.

Build relationships and engage staff, service users and partners where applicable.

Be a resource of RTT knowledge, ability and delivery.
