To support the CFA Facilities Management in the delivery of all facilities management services and processes that support the operation of the site.

Setting and ensuring the highest standards of safety and operational environment for Manchester City’s employees, club partners, and customers.

Providing outstanding service to internal and external stakeholders with regular checks to ensure these levels are maintained.

To show creativity in a safe, focused, and timely manner when called upon without being at the detriment of any standards.

**Your Impact**

1. Daily checks to ensure the site delivery of the facilities management services in relation to cleaning, health, safety, building maintenance, grounds maintenance, security, and energy management.

2. To provide operational support to the CFA Facility Management Team and managing relationships with staff, partners, contractors, and customers including site access requests.

3. To ensure that the monthly planning and day to day operational use of the site is to the highest standard, in line with health and safety compliance, safeguarding, inclusion, diversity and best practice.

4. Work closely with partners and stakeholders, to provide the most suitable environment for the users of site facilities.

5. To manage, develop and support the facilities management site delivery team to embed operational excellence and drive continuous improvement initiatives. Review audits and inspections. Financial budgets where applicable to be met in the delivery of all services.

6. Deliver preparation plans including match day operation in the Academy Stadium when required. Work as part of the Safety Operation supporting the Safety Officer.

7. To ensure that all projects are managed to the highest standards and that the quality of site provision meets the needs of employees and customers.

8. Deliver the guest standards required for anyone using CFA accommodation in the Academy or First Team building including bookings, key card audits, preparation and the room cleaning services. During the season there will be a limited number of occasions to cover a team return or home game MD -1 stayover in the accommodation prior to MD.

9. To support all the services delivered by the Facilities Management department including input where required in meetings, covering events or on infrastructure projects.

**What we are looking for**

**Essential**
- Proven experience as a PA or in a high-level administrative capacity.
- Experience working in a high-performance sport environment.
- A verifiable record of working with a multi-disciplinary team of staff.
- Excellent organisation and administrative skills.
- Ability to manage complex projects and prioritise workload.
- Ability to balance conflicting demands and produce high quality work within tight deadlines.
- Ability to produce presentations and reports to high standards.
- Proficiency in all aspects of Microsoft Outlook, Excel, Power point and Word.
- Ability to build strong rapport.
- Attention to detail.
- Quick thinking, experience working in fast paced environments.

**Desirable**
- An understanding of young performers and the specific challenges of working with developing athletes.
- Previous experience of working on the operational delivery of events or functions.
- Knowledge of Financial & HR systems such as Agresso/Business World and SAP.
- Experience of working in a global company or understanding of engaging with different cultures is advantageous.

**Job Type**: Fixed term contract
