**Equans is looking for a Facilities Supervisor to join our team in HMCTS Courts & Tribunals Service, Manchester Civil Justice Centre, on a permanent basis, This is a full-time role working 40 hours per week. On offer is a Salary of £24,000 to £25.600 depending on skills and experience.**

**Shifts**:
Monday to Friday 09:00 to 17:00

**What will you deliver?**

The FM Supervisor will have regional oversight of a number of properties within the region. This role will be aligned to the HMCTS Facilities Manager and will be responsible for delivery of the cleaning service across each of the properties and first line supervision of the cleaning teams to ensure a high standard of cleanliness is maintained in line with contractual specification

**Who are we looking for?**

Experience of industry/public cleaning services
Previous experience of supervising a cleaning team in multiple locations
Knowledge and understanding of COSHH
Understanding of basic H&S principles
Driving Licence (essential)
Vehicle provided
Good communication and customer care skills
Flexible approach to working hours and travel

**For this role you must undergo BPSS level vetting. Part of this includes DBS clearance therefore ability to pass is essential**
