We are working with our client on this brand new role within their organisation, ideal for a BD professional from within the Training / Apprenticeships sector who wants to further their career and take ownership of their external sales.

There is no end to the variety in this position. As the company’s most senior Business Developer / Relationship builder you will start by picking up on leads, seeing it through to being the central account manager and everything else in between.

First and foremost you will be proven at winning new business; picking up on leads from the internal sales team, generating your own, and following these up - you will be selling on the phone, on several digital platforms, and of course face to face, ona national basis. The company operate predominantly within the Early Years / Childcare sector, so your target audience will be niche, and receptive, and it’s not a sector that has become saturated with sales requests.

As part of the Senior Management Team, you will be expected to have a strong business related social media presence, and have experience in networking, attending events and generally being the pro-active face of the business.

Above all, you will be tenacious, and driven, jumping on opportunities and winning contracts.

As these prospect are turned into clients, you will account manage them, overseeing the team involved and ensuring your new wins enjoy a seamless experience.

There is a superb package on offer; a negotiable basic package of between £35k - £40k, a bonus scheme of course, excellent holiday entitlement and a host of other benefits. However, more importantly you will join what is already a hugely successful companyin a senior role, where work / life balance is recognised and encouraged. Not to mention being part of a friendly, supportive team in a company who are recognised in theindustry in having such a small attrition rate.

If you are currently in a BD / Relationship Manager role within training or apprenticeships we’d love to hear from you about this, especially if you’ve had any exposure to Early Years / Childcare. Prepared to work on a national basis, we’re open to yourlocation, however travelling to H/O in West Yorkshire will be required on a fairly regular basis.
