**New Business Producer (Corporate Risks)**

Lockton are currently recruiting for a New Business Producer to join the Corporate Scotland Division.
**Lockton Corporate Risks**
The Corporate Risks team provides access to worldwide markets benefiting our clients through our unique structure. We listen and understand our clients’ challenges and then choose the most competitive market both in terms of breadth and certainty of coverage at competitive pricing.
The Lockton Glasgow team draws on decades of insurance services experience. They combine their expertise with innovative tailor made solutions and place complex programmes for companies, big and small.
**About the Role**
As a Producer you will be responsible for building a pipeline of new business by cultivating new and existing relationships and act as a conduit between specialism and the market, ensuring retention and developing referral business on the back of excellent service. You will act as an ambassador on Corporate relationships to maximize new business opportunities.
- Qualifications**About You**
Corporate insurance experience is a pre-requisite although experience complex risks is not essential (as training can be provided).
**Your knowledge and expertise**:
- Ability to make a great first impression
- Ability to generate opportunities through creation of meaningful meetings
- Ability to discuss sector issues and impact this may have on the business risk profile
- Ability to articulate Lockton’s key differentiators and USP’s
- Ability to build personal rapport and maintain over a period of time
- Willingness to embrace new skills and techniques in order to improve performance
