As a Producer at Lockton Companies, you will be responsible for cultivating new and existing relationships to build a pipeline of new business. You will act as a conduit between our specialism and the market, ensuring retention and developing referral business on the back of excellent service. You will also serve as an ambassador for our Corporate relationships to maximize new business opportunities.

About You

The right candidate will be a self-motivated, ambitious, and driven insurance professional with a 'can do attitude', a propensity to form and cultivate long-standing relationships, and a desire to be successful. They will have a strong understanding of the insurance industry and be able to articulate Lockton's key differentiators and USPs.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Generate opportunities through creation of meaningful meetings and discussions with clients and prospects
