**Job Purpose**: To support the smooth operation of the Client Accounts department at Chase Evans Residential Estate Agency, through accurate and efficient administration and support to the team including protection of new tenants’ deposits, reconciliation of records, help with liabilities registration, and helping Accounts Payables with invoices relating to the properties we are managing on behalf of our clients.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Protecting new deposits within legally bounding time frames.
- Registering tenants for liabilities such as council tax etc. within agreed time frames
- Process invoices and ensure timely payment of client accounts.
- Respond to client queries related to invoices and payments in a professional and timely manner.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all client accounts, including invoices, payments, and receipts.
- Ensure all documentation is accurately filed and stored in accordance with company policy.

- Excellent attention to detail, with the ability to maintain accurate records meeting company policies and legal requirements.
- Strong numerical and analytical skills, with the ability to interpret financial information and data.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build positive relationships with clients, colleagues, and suppliers.
