Call Centre Agent

We are currently seeking multiple highly motivated, results-driven Call Centre Agents to join our newly formed department at our head office in Shrewsbury.
**Responsibilities**:
- Handle outgoing customer calls in a professional and courteous manner.
- Provide information about our products and services to customers.
- Upsell and cross-sell products and services to customers as appropriate.
- Achieve and be motivated to exceed performance targets set by the company.
- Respond to enquiries and resolve issues in a timely and efficient manner.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date customer and vehicle records.
**Requirements**:
- Prior experience in a call centre or customer service role preferred.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Ability to multitask and prioritise in a fast-paced environment and handle a high volume of calls.
- Basic computer skills and knowledge of Microsoft Office.
- Ability to maximise revenue potential.
**Salary**: £23,000.00 per year
