We are recruiting for a Facilities Coordinator to look after our client's site in Andover. The role includes a lot of hedge-cutting around the building as well as being able to turn your hand to painting, moving furniture, plumbing and working with H&S in mind particularly when contractors are on site. The Facilities Co-Ordinator is also responsible for carrying out PAT and legionnaires checks, emergency light checks and running the sprinkler system.

You must be self motivated and able to organise your day, deal with people at all levels on the phone and liaise with contractors obtaining quotations and managing them whilst they are on site.

You must have some IT skills as there will be an element of loading information and invoices on to the system.
