**Job objectives and responsibilities**

You will create a memorable and lasting experience by delivering exemplary customer service to the building users. Using your unique personality and excellent organisation skills to deliver an exceptional service and bring our brand to life for the client.
- Be the face of the FM team to the end user ensuring a seamless end user experience, be a one-stop-shop for all needs and requirements (Connecting in to IT, managing stationary, liaising with Cleaning, Security & Catering if required, assist in co-ordinating events on site)
- Meeting and Greeting visitors to site ensuring they know where they are going and what facilities are available to them on the day helping ensure their experience of the building is seamless
- Make sure our customers are wowed by the spectacular experience our office has to offer
- Play your vital part in the team making sure all duties are completed
- Liase with our LBG community adoption colleagues to run engaging club and society events on site
- Supporting site inductions and wayfinding for new user/visitors to site
- Be a champion for diversity and inclusion on site

**Main duties to include**:

- Management of the Workplace Hub (DSE store, IT first Fix, Stationery)
- Preparing meeting rooms/office space for a range of uses, including setting out, removal and storage of furniture and equipment, all of this in accordance with health and safety and manual handling procedures as per training provided
- Manage re-stock & check of First aid kits in communal areas
- First Aid, Mental Health First Aider and Fire Warden Trained (training will be provided)
- Management of service technology & data - engaging with CSM's to drive service delivery changes
- Management of shared spaces and publicly accessible areas
- Management of social enterprise relationship and engagement with community
- Work alongside LBG colleagues to organise Events on site

**Person Specification**
- You are a knowledgeable customer service professional who is experienced with face to face interaction and delivering the most amazing service. We seek people with the following skills and experience:

- Genuine enthusiasm for providing the highest standard of customer service at all times
- Good teamwork skills and a dedicated team player
- Excellent organisational skills with strong attention to detail
- Warm and engaging communication style, ability to quickly build rapport and relationship with site users
- A real passion for service delivery
- Pride in your appearance
- Previous experience in a similar role desired but not essential
- Enthusiastic personality
- Dedicated team player

**Health and Safety responsibilities**
- Always follow Group and company policies and procedures
- Report any apparent deficiencies in systems of work or equipment provided that may result in failure of service delivery or risk to health and safety or the environment
- Use all work equipment and personal PPE properly and in accordance with training received
- Report any issues or training needs to your Line manager and /or via your divisional incident reporting system;

**Information Security**
- Ensure compliance with Mitie's information security procedures in all activities
- Proactively identify and report security risks to your manager
- Report all actual and suspected security incidents
