**About the role**
Shape what’s next in construction in a pivotal project management role with an industry leader. What you do here as a **Site Agent **will matter. Not just to the infrastructure and engineering experts you'll manage or the supportive colleagues who’ll value your perspective. Your work will matter to society as a whole, as you help us to shape numerous civil engineering projects on the Lincolnshire Highways contract.
**What you'll be doing**
When it comes to developing our people, our project management team are award winning. Joining the team as a **Site Agent**, you'll get to:
- Manage, monitor and motivate a multi-skilled team of skilled operatives, subcontractors and other construction experts
- Take responsibility for particular activities or sections of civil engineering projects
- Set performance targets and carry out analysis to make sure your team are working to the highest standards of safety and quality
- Be involved in the procurement of subcontractors

- Review Method Statements and Risk Assessments and makes improvements as appropriate
- Carries out field audits and confirms the sufficiency of control documentation
- Produce scheme programmes then deliver to the programme, measuring progress and productivity outputs.
**Who we're looking for**
To make a real impact as a **Site Agent** with us, you'll need:
- Experience of allocating resource and encouraging a team to take ownership
- Commercial awareness and the ability to set targets in line with budgets
- A driving licence, CSCS Card and SMSTS qualification
- A track record of solving issues and to be a sound decision maker
- The ability to read technical drawings and information
- To be a great influencer who can build relationships with ease
- Experience of managing civil engineering projects.
