**Role overview**

The Logistics department process orders and oversees the cycle of order fulfilment. The department ensures supplies, stock, materials, packages, and products are processed through the delivery system efficiently and arrive on time and within budget. The Logistics Coordinator role is integral to the smooth running of the Logistics Department. The hours are Monday to Friday 8am - 4pm.

The position is primarily working from home but visits to the Exeter and Truro office's will be required.

**Skills**
- Proficient in Excel, word, gmail.
- Excellent communication skills both verbal and written.
- Able to cope with multiple tasks and process changes.

**Responsibilities**
- Provide support to the logistics department and project managers.
- Process invoices and amending purchase orders as required.
- Raising purchase orders using the in house systems for contractors, suppliers and other departments.
- Tracking deliveries.
- Experience in and invoicing and customer service role would be advantageous.
