Key Responsibilities:

- Develop and maintain production schedules to optimise efficiency.
- Process requisitions and provide regular updates on order statuses to management.
- Cultivate strong relationships with suppliers, negotiating competitive pricing.
- Expedite internal and external orders, ensuring seamless production support.
- Monitor production performance and capacity, ensuring alignment with output targets.
- Improve On-Time Delivery (OTD) metrics within the production process.
- Manage raw material inventory levels, initiating timely replenishment.
- Coordinate transportation logistics for goods, ensuring punctual deliveries.
- Address and resolve invoice queries related to raw material purchase orders.
- Collaborate with manufacturing engineering to assess feasibility and material suitability.
- Ensure compliance of purchased raw materials with internal specifications.

To be chosen for the role you must possess the following skills/experience:

- Proven track record in Production Planning or Procurement.
- Hands-on experience with Material Requirements Planning (MRP) systems.
- Proficiency in MS Office and ERP systems.
- Strong problem-solving abilities in a team or manufacturing environment.

Package
- Salary up to £35,000 + benefits
- Permanent Monday to Friday role
- Flexible working schedule
