A friendly family owned Classic VW parts company based in Stratford upon Avon. We research and develop our own parts and we manufacture 95% parts we sell. We supply them to many countries including the US, the EU and the UK market.

**Sales Manager Job description**

Normal Working Hours: Monday to Friday 8:30 - 17:00

Lunch time: 13:00-13:30 half an hour

**1. **Manage the daily sales i.e. online shop, eBay shops and telephone sales.**

1.1 Overlooking order processing including - dispatching, picking, packing and labelling orders; Sometimes tracking order deliveries;
1.3 Taking card payment when required, processing card machine and destroy customers’ card details after taking payment for sales orders.

**2. **Manage wholesale Customer accounts.**

2.1 Following up current customer accounts;
2.2 To develop and increase new customer accounts;
2.3 Supervising picking / preparing wholesale orders / pallets;
2.4 Liaising with wholesale customers regarding any complaints, returns and swaps.

**3. **Stock Management.**

3.1 Liaising warehouse staff and ensuring order processing on time and warehouse operations efficiency;
3.2 Overlooking products assembling, modifying, repairing, polishing and cleaning;
3.3 Stocktaking (1 time a year), stock controlling, stock locations updating; Including maintaining stock cards accuracy on locations, quantities, dates and sales reference.

3.4 Pushing on slow-moving stock, clearing Company’s 2nd quality stock.

**4. **Marketing**

4.1 Managing Company Facebook, Twitter (to be set up if possible), and marketing NLA VW brand;
4.2 Overlooking VW Forums, Club websites to reply Customer enquiries;

**5. **Organize sales promotion events.**

5.1 Discussing with Directors about the VW shows the Company to attend, Liaising with show organizers, booking shows in advance; loading and offloading vans before and after the shows and setting up stand for shows;
5.2 Attending VW shows and exhibitions required by the Company which involve weekends work (to attend no more than 6 shows per year);
5.3 Cooperating with the Company website designers, contracted printing house on catalogues /leaflets designing and printing;
5.4 Planning and organizing the Company Open Days as required if any (No more than once per year);
5.5 Business trips in the UK and overseas to visit trade Customers and potential trade customers (no more than once a year).

**6. **Assisting with the Company’s Directors regarding testing new parts, modifying samples, also assisting on the Company’s cars & vans maintenance, etc.

**7. **Out of hours work might be required very occasionally.
