**Duties will involve**:

- Entering purchase invoices onto Sage 200 (matching, checking, and coding them)
- Reconciliation of supplier statements and produce reports for Manager, solving queries, filing invoices, data entry, being first point of contact for queries or payment.
- Develop and maintain effective relationships with suppliers and resolving queries promptly.
- Other ad-hoc duties as and when required.

**Skills**:

- Experience of Microsoft Excel, Word and Outlook
- Sage would be an advantage
- A years' experience in a similar role
- Excellent customer service skills
- A positive, can do attitude
- Must have an excellent interpersonal and communication skills
