Accounts Payable Assistant required for a new ongoing temporary opportunity working for a well established business based in Dudley. This role is to start immediately, you must be available to start asap to be considered for this opportunity.Key Responsibilities :
Day to day running of the Purchase LedgerMatching invoices to purchase ordersDeal with any invoice queries and resolve discrepancies on supplier accountsCollating payment spreadsheet for authorisationProcessing payments by BACSSending out remittancesReconcile supplier accountsRespond to supplier queries and requests for information
Key Requirements :
Previous experience in Purchase Ledger role preferredProficiency in Microsoft Office and ExcelExcellent data entry and organisational skills
