A Customer Care Client Advisor / Customer Service Advisor is needed to join a Law firm who specialises in financial litigation. Working at the forefront of the business, expect to progress your career liaising and advising customers on their claim.

Founded in 2019, this innovative law firm seeks to fill the void that exists in the legal sector to support and gain positive outcomes for clients. Based in Lancaster, they operate a talented, tight-knit team that has a clear focus on the client journeyand translating complex processes into something that feels simpler and more accessible. Due to consistent growth, they now have an opportunity for Customer Care Client Advisor / Customer Service Advisor to provide clients with a 1st class service.

Joining as a Customer Care Client Advisor / Customer Service Advisor you will deliver fantastic customer support over the phone. On a day-to-day basis you will speak to new and existing clients, collect missing claim information, follow call scripts / flows,advise clients on key information, update clients on the process (timescales, fees & paperwork required), send Client Care Packs, guide clients through the process and much more. In short you will be a brand champion, supporting customers by going the extramile to ensure problems and queries are dealt with swiftly.

**To qualify...** You should be a Customer Care Client Advisor / Customer Service Advisor / Customer Support Executive / Client Support Advisor or similar with a CV that demonstrates:

- Excellent communication skills (particularly your telephone manner)
- Previous customer service experience
- The desire to learn and progress
- A positive and friendly attitude
- The ability to build rapport over the phone
- Organisational and time management skills
