Key responsibilities include:

- Scheduling appointments and coordinating treatments
- Presenting treatment plans and financial options to patients
- Answering patient questions and providing education on dental procedures
- Managing patient records and ensuring their satisfaction
- Collaborating with other staff members to provide seamless care

We're looking for someone who:

- Has a background in customer service and sales
- Possesses excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Has a strong understanding of dental procedures and terminology
- Is experienced with scheduling and patient management
- Is friendly, approachable and has a customer-focused mindset

The role of TCO is likely to evolve over the next 2-3 years to encompass more patient education, technology integration, and digital communication. On average, a TCO in the UK earns around £25,000 to £30,000 per year.

We'll measure your success by metrics such as patient satisfaction rates, appointment scheduling efficiency, and treatment plan presentation and acceptance rates.
