**What are we looking for?**

We are seeking to appoint a HR Coordinator, you will ensure our colleagues have the support they need to achieve their best. You will play a vital generalist role within our team supporting the transactional day-to-day and cyclical processes.

You will support the general day to day HR operations, working alongside the HR Advisor with foundation tasks and activities that span the whole of the employee lifecycle, you will have exposure to all aspects of HR, including key projects supporting the wider business, this role will also offer you the opportunity to develop and progress with a modern forward-thinking business.

**Who you are and what we are looking for?**
- You will have 1 - 2 years’ experience in a generalist role within a busy HR Department
- You will have a good understanding of HR processes/best practices, and relevant legislation
- Have excellent attention to detail
- Be adaptable and flexible, with the ability to juggle multiple different tasks at the same time
- High level of confidentially
- Be highly organized and self-motivated
- It is desirable if you are working towards your CIPD Level 3, or CIPD Level 3 qualified.
