We have an exciting opportunity for an **HR Coordinator** who will provide HR administrative support to all functions at XMA, adhering to ISO Security Management System (ISO 27001) certification, Quality Management System (9001) and BSI standards at all times.

LOCATION: Nottingham - hybrid working with three days per week in the office (part-time hours will also be considered)

COMMUTABLE LOCATIONS: Nottinghamshire, Leicestershire, Derbyshire, Northamptonshire, Lincolnshire, South Yorkshire.

JOB SPECIFICATION:
The responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

- Data maintenance for new starters, changes and leavers, alongside correspondence and updating of stakeholders.
- Supporting the monthly payroll inputting process.
- Creating new starters and maintaining data on our HR system.
- Running reports, as directed by members of the HR Team.
- Responsibility for gathering certified right to work documents for all new starters going forwards, ensuring ongoing compliance with legislative requirements.

**REQUIREMENTS**:
This role will suit someone with some HR experience as an administrator or coordinator who is looking to forge a career in HR- study support towards your CIPD will be offered. You will also be detail orientated, responsive and proactive with excellent customer relationship skills and ability to build relationships with employees.
