Mental Health Administrator (ADHD Service)

**Band 3, 22.5 hours/3 days per week Permanent post Base**: Lichfield

We are excited to welcome an enthusiastic and experienced Administrator to this new role, to join our Mental Health Administration Service. This admin role is specifically to support our ADHD Service clinicians.

As the Administrator, you will work closely with our small team of dedicated professionals as we seek to support adults across South Staffordshire experiencing ADHD (Attention Deficit Hyperactivity Disorder). We are a supportive team, who are passionate about delivering excellent care as well as promoting staff wellbeing.

In addition to working with ADHD staff, the Administrator will be aligned to the MPFT West Administrative Hub and therefore, you will have the opportunity to develop strong, working relationships with these colleagues and will receive high quality professional and managerial supervision.

With regards to key skills and attributes, we will be asking the Administrator to demonstrate excellent verbal and written communication skills and an ability to work autonomously. Working in a flexible way to best meet Service needs is essential, as is being compassionate and committed to holding service users at the heart of your work. Pertinent administrative activities for will include inputting and extracting data from clinical and non-clinical systems, providing first point of contact for matters relating to service user and referrer queries, organising team appointments and commitments, producing clinical correspondence and recording minutes.
