About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Mental Health Clinician to join our team at Midlands Partnership NHS Foundation Trust. As a Community Mental Health Clinician, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality clinical services to service users and their families, working in an identified adult community mental health pathway, and managing a complex caseload.

Key Responsibilities

  • Deliver high-quality clinical services to service users and their families.
  • Manage a complex caseload and be responsible for clinical and caseload supervision of other team members.
  • Operate as a care coordinator for a defined caseload of service users.
  • Deliver therapeutic interventions, following an agreed care plan, to an identified group of people experiencing mental health-related difficulties.

Person Specification

  • Registered Mental Health Clinician and registered and active on NMC/HCPC register.
  • Ability to use computers and other information technology as required.

Desirable Qualifications and Experience

  • Non-medical prescribing qualification AMHP.
  • Experience of previous working in a similar role.

Skills and Knowledge

  • Knowledge of current initiatives impacting on the service.
  • Ability to lead on assessments by telephone confidently and competently.
  • Skills required to work within and across teams and professional boundaries.
