About the Role

We are seeking a skilled Mental Health Clinician to join our team in the Mental Health and Social Inclusion Hub at Midlands Partnership University NHS Foundation Trust. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality clinical services to service users and their families, managing a complex caseload, and providing clinical and caseload supervision to other team members.

Key Responsibilities

  • Working in an identified adult community mental health pathway, with the flexibility to work across pathways as needed.
  • Delivering therapeutic interventions and following agreed care plans to support individuals experiencing mental health-related difficulties.
  • Operating as a care coordinator for a defined caseload of service users.
  • Managing a complex caseload and providing clinical and caseload supervision to other team members.

  • Registered Mental Health Clinician with current registration on the NMC/HCPC register.
  • Ability to use computers and other information technology as required.

  • Non-medical prescribing qualification or experience of working in a similar role.
