This role is split 50/50 between Reckitt Health and Uswitch but because of the different brands that exist within Reckitt that will still mean an exciting mix of challenges and planning briefs that require different thinking.

Reckitt is one of Zenith UK’s largest clients and currently bills around £70m annually across the Health and Household divisions. This role is for the Health division, which encompasses a range of well-known Healthcare and Personal brands including Dettol,Durex, Lemsip, Strepsils, Gaviscon and Veet amongst others. The brands are all part of a fast-paced team who know their markets and products inside out - so it’s imperative we behave as an extension to their team, giving them the best media solutions and mediamarket updates available.

Uswitch is a UK-based price comparison and switching website founded in 2000 and one of Zenith’s most exciting new clients. Zenith was appointed by Uswitch in December 2020 and tasked with helping them grow their audience base and share of an increasinglycompetitive marketplace. Together with their other partners our ambition is to strengthen Uswitch’s position as the go-to destination for switching energy, broadband and mobiles.

The Work
- Support Planning Directors to deliver outstanding work every time
- Be go-to person for day-to-day running of the team and campaign delivery
- Ensure you and Execs on the team deliver operational excellence
- Be the lead for smaller responses to client briefs
- Look for proactive media opportunities to share with your client

The Clients
- Build strong, trusted relationships with key, day-to-day clients
- Deliver and set example to Execs of immaculate client service (ICS)
- Ensure ICS is delivered by your direct reports
- Be proactive in day-to-day client management
- Understand client’s business and identify and share category news

The Commercial
- Understand how we make money, be aware of growth opportunities
- Support Planning Directors to deliver win:win opportunities for the agency and client
- Ensure absolute financial accuracy and PO management

The Team
- Manage 2 x Execs (one each on Reckitt and Uswitch)
- Lead by example, to help direct reports to be their best
- Set clear progression plans for your direct report(s)
- Embrace and drive positive culture within your team
- Build positive relationships with partner agencies and suppliers

**Qualifications**:

- A strategic & inquisitive mind with a proven track record of using multiple data inputs to arrive at well-thought through and exciting media solutions
- Experience presenting to clients and internal peers.
- Experience of planning and optimising campaigns across both ATL and digital channels.
- Excellent project management skills
